Can you get cheaper flights in Europe?
Europe is a competitive market with budget airlines and if not a group booking the price is generally fixed.
Does the same apply to worldwide destinations?
No as we have plenty of long haul destinations where you will benefit from a reduced price and greater flexibility. Closer to the flight date this will generally be more evident as you are deprived of advance purchase.
Can we get airline upgrades?
This is something that is not normally possible as airlines are extremely conscious of ensuring margin and expect customers to pay for the class in which they wish to travel.
Can we request hotel upgrades?
We can often arrange or request room upgrades for clients at hotels partners. Naturally, this is subject to availability.
What constitutes a group booking?
It varies by airline but will start from 5 pax.
Do we need to give all the names at the point of making a group booking?
No. This is one of our key services. We do not need the names until up to 5 days before you fly!
Are you 24/7?
Yes we have an in-house dedicated out of hours service.
Can I bill back the hotel room cost?
Yes. We will invoice you the bill, this will include a small admin charge to do so.
Do airlines pay commission to travel agents?
No. This stopped some years ago for everyone. Hence customers are charged a transaction fee.
What about hotels?
Hotels still pay a commission to the agent.
I have paid extra because I was not staying the weekend – Can you waive this?
We have a number of relationships with partner airlines where this is waivered and will reduce the price accordingly.
Can you book rail in the UK and abroad?
Not a problem.
Can you arrange a meet and greet at airports?
Yes. We have a specialized partner and we can offer this service, at a fee, across the globe.
Can you arrange chauffeur cars and transfers?
Yes
Will I receive a physical ticket?
No. You will receive an e-ticket to your email address.
Do I call you if I have a problem at the hotel?
Absolutely, we are here should you incur any problems.
