24- Hour Emergency Service

For extra security and peace of mind when you are travelling ET Travel Consultants are on hand with an in house team of 10 senior travel consultants with over 20 years experience, available 24/7, 365 days a year in case of an emergency or urgent travel changes.

To ensure continuity ET Travel do not use a call centre, all agents are in house and will be available throughout the day to follow up on any changes that they have made.

If there is a problem, out of office hours, with any of your travel arrangements please call +44 20 7359 7161 and you will be transfered directly to the 24 hour emergency line, or email 24hours@ettravel.co.uk and a senior consultant will be on hand to advise on any issues or help make alternative arrangements should they be necessary.
