A Relais & Chateaux Hotel, the Chateau de Germigny in France, because the staff and atmosphere there is really friendly

River Cafe in London, best dish is hard but I think it’ll have to be the Fava Bean Tagliatelle

Mahiki in Mayfair, London, I know the owner there.

The O2, it’s an ideal size, not too big and not too small
Most memorable gig and what made it so memorable?
I have to say Suzy and the Banshees in Kingston because it was the first gig I ever went to see
If you could go anywhere for a day where would it be and why…?
San Sebastian in Northern Spain, because they have the best restaurants in the world

Eat and drink!
Where would you most like to visit that you have never had the chance and why this place?
Kyoto in Japan, I have been to Tokyo and other areas of Japan but never Kyoto, I would love to experience the amazing culture there.
Where did you last go on holiday?
Marrakech, I have been to Brazil recently but that was on business
